A gentle reminder to keep praying

Gentle reminder to not stop praying

Pray and Trust God with Your Story

This is the family I prayed for. Don't stop praying for your future spouse.

This is the family I spent years praying for. 🥰🙏

I didn’t always know how the story would turn out.

While I waited for a husband, I wondered:
Has God forgotten me?
Is He really listening to my prayers?
Am I supposed to make things happen myself?
Have I already messed up too many relationships?
Why am I still single?
Will I be single forever?

I dated a lot of guys.
I cried over each breakup.
I carried a lot of fear that I would miss God’s plan and the “one He had for me.”
But I still kept praying.

This is your gentle reminder to not stop praying. đź’ś

We don’t always understand God’s timing or ways, but we can trust His character.
If God hasn’t allowed something to happen yet, we know He’s simply preparing His best for us.
When the timing is right, our faithful God will make things happen—His way.

Don’t let your expectations for how things “should look” or when they “should happen” keep you from trusting God with your story and prayers.

We can easily be disappointed when God doesn’t answer in the way or timing we think He should.
Dreams don’t always work out the way we plan.
We can’t put our hope in our plans—only in God, our good Father, who knows what’s truly best for us.

Gentle reminder to not stop praying

But Scripture still tells us to “pray without ceasing” anyway (1 Thess. 5:17) and always “be faithful in prayer” (Rom. 12:12), even when we don’t see immediate results.

God is faithfully writing each detail of our story, even when He feels absent.
He knows the perfect timing and way.
Even when the wait feels long.

Waiting is difficult, I know.
It’s hard to see others experience the fulfillment of their prayers while we are still waiting for ours.
Long seasons of waiting may make us wonder if our prayers really matter.
But delays don’t mean God has forgotten or that He isn’t answering.
It means He has other plans—good plans uniquely written for our good and His glory.

We can trust Him with the details of our story.

What’s something you’re praying for today?
